What we collect
Your email address, so we can deliver your eSIM and receipt. Billing address and payment details, collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf. Your IP address, to prevent fraudulent orders. Usage and order data from our eSIM network partner, such as how much data an eSIM has used.
Why we collect it
To deliver the eSIM you paid for, send your receipt and order updates, prevent card fraud, and provide support if something goes wrong.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, to meet tax and accounting requirements. Access tokens and request logs are kept for a much shorter time and deleted automatically.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, our eSIM network partner for delivering and running your plan, our email provider for sending your eSIM and receipts, and Cloudflare for security and performance. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
QuikRoam sets one cookie, to keep you signed in on the account page. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We count page visits with cookieless analytics that we host ourselves; it records the page, referrer and an approximate country, never your identity, and it is not shared with anyone.
