Who you're buying from
QuikRoam is operated by Syntropy Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. These terms are the agreement between you and Syntropy Solutions, LLC for any purchase made on quikroam.com.
What we sell
QuikRoam sells prepaid mobile data plans, delivered as eSIM profiles sourced from partner mobile networks. Plans cover data only — no voice calls or SMS.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your location requires it. Payment is processed by Stripe; QuikRoam never sees or stores your full card number.
When your plan starts
A plan's validity period starts when your eSIM first connects to a network, or on the date stated on the plan if it says otherwise. Buying a plan does not start the clock.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal, non-commercial data use. Don't use a QuikRoam eSIM for automated traffic, resale, or in a way that abuses a partner network's fair-use limits.
Refunds
Refunds follow the rule on our refund policy page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, QuikRoam's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. QuikRoam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed connection caused by a network issue outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
